I got into a good eating habit during this period but then came a long vacation period and I fell away from the what drug classification is atarax plan. My breathing issues started again but not has bad as it was back in 2008.
It was difficult avoiding all the foods mentioned in the book but when you are desperate you are willing to try anything and it helped and I believe it will help me again if I run into the serious issues again.
